Step 1 — Enter a username or story URL
Open the Story Downloader and enter a public Instagram username (e.g. natgeo) or paste a direct story URL.
Step 2 — Preview each frame
The tool shows every active story frame in a grid: photos, videos, and boomerangs. Nothing plays automatically — you choose what to save.
Step 3 — Save individual frames or all at once
Click Download on a single frame, or use the Save all option for the whole story.
